7am to 9am for drop off and pick up is 5pm-7pm for day care. Dog Boarding drop off is 7am to 9am. Pick up time is 7am to 9am on the last day of reservation. Times can be arranged with us if you need to change to fit your schedule.

Food you would like us to feed your pet in baggies. Please mark the name on the baggie and if it needs to be marked morning and evening. Usually just the name is needed. If you want to bring their favorite toy or blanket that is welcomed as well.

We have relationships with local vets including one that is open 24 hours. If we see anything unusual we will call you and communicate what we are seeing. We will ask for your permission to bring to a vet if necessary.

We are always checking on the animals. No animal is left alone longer than 2 hours from 7am to 9pm. We usually put the animals to bed around 10pm. We have one person in charge of the kennel room and one person in charge of the playpen and smaller dog / cat room.

If your dog is a large dog we will have them in the 4x6 kennels at night. If you ask for your dog to not be kenneled we have the care free canine suite upstairs in the main house. Smaller dogs will sleep in the play pen area with small dog houses and beds.

Yes! We have 3. Our private lanai overlooks Lake Eva. Our Pawsitively Perfect Patio is a great area for small dogs to play and sun bathe. Our main attraction is the 3600 sq foot Fun, Fetch and Frolic play yard which overlooks Lake Eva complete with toys, misters and a play tunnel.

Absolutely not. We make sure each pet gets time to play, socialize and have fun. Dogs will get to go outside no less than 3 times a day (weather permitting).

More than likely not. Even if no other dog is booked we have Mellie here ready to play with any furry visitor. We will never have more than 12 dogs at any one time.
