About Our Facility
Mellie’s BnB is a dog and cat boarding and daycare destination designed to feel like a getaway. We have the ability to hold 12 dogs and 2 cats in a combination of 4x6 kennels, a 12x12 suite for up to 3 dogs and a playpen with individual dog houses for smaller dogs.
OUR TEAM
Greg and Connie are both retired and huge animal lovers. They have decades of dog ownership experience and endless amounts of love for every animal. As dog owners themselves they’ve always worried if their fur babies would be looked after with the love and care they bestow upon their pets while they are away. With this mindset they decided “What better way to enjoy retirement than taking care of other peoples pets too?”

We designed this tranquil retreat to give your furry family members an unparalleled vacation while you’re away. Mellie’s BnB offers dogs relaxation and adventure—playing and frolicking in a 3600 sq foot fenced in playground, digging in soft sand, and enjoying our peaceful, resort-style setting. Every detail ensures your pet feels pampered and loved during their stay.

Our lakefront property with a white sand beach serves Haines City, Davenport, Winter Haven, and nearby areas.
